Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: such as custom orders or personalized items.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges at this time. 

Refunds
If there are any concerns with your order and you would like a refund, please email me at mooncloudcompany@gmail.com. I am more than happy to work with you to find a solution.

Please allow 7-10 business days to process your refund as it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
